Agreement

By using www.kwchecker.com ("Keyword Checker", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Keyword Checker provides keyword research, backlink lookup, and trending keyword data sourced from third-party data providers. A free tier is available with daily limits; a paid Premium subscription raises those limits and unlocks additional features, as described on the Pricing page.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Use a real email address you control — it's how we send account and billing notices. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, automate around, or exceed the rate limits on any tier
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute results in bulk outside normal use of the tool
• Use the service to violate any law or a third party's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure
• Interfere with the service's normal operation (e.g. denial-of-service attempts)
• Use the service in any way we reasonably determine to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to us or other users

We may suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, for violating these terms or for any conduct we reasonably believe harms the service, other users, or us. We are not liable for any loss you may claim results from such a suspension or termination.

Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service depends on third-party data providers and infrastructure outside our control, and we're not liable for outages, delays, or inaccuracies originating from them. We may modify, limit, or discontinue any part of the service — including specific features, rate limits, or the free tier itself — at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium is billed monthly through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for all purchases. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account — cancelling stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current period, except as described in our Refund Policy. Prices may change; we'll give notice before any change takes effect for existing subscribers.

Data accuracy

Search volume, CPC, backlink counts, and trend figures are estimates sourced from third-party data providers and are provided for research purposes. We don't guarantee their accuracy or completeness, and decisions based on this data are your own responsibility.

Intellectual property

The Keyword Checker name, design, and code are ours. Results you generate through normal use are yours to use for your own purposes. You may not copy, resell, or build a competing service from the site's own code or design without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data provided through it is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service, however caused, will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately before the claim arose, or 5,000 PKR if you're on the free tier.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights.

Force majeure

We're not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages or failures of third-party data providers, payment processors, hosting infrastructure, or the internet generally; natural disasters; or government action.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, including the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 (which recognizes this agreement as a valid electronic contract) and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject.
